By-Laws and Ground Rules


The Minnesota High School Rodeo Association and Wrangler Division Constitution and By-Laws detail the purpose and intent of the organization.
It is the responsibility of the contestant to be aware of these by-laws.The constitution and by-laws contain information on the following ten articles:
